ON APPROACH
Protocol is not ceremony for its own sake. It is the structure that lets a stranger become known to Me without wasting My time. Begin as you mean to continue, with care, with manners, and without entitlement.
VETTING
$75

The price of consideration is $75. A flat tribute, regardless of session type or length. It is the cost of My time spent reading and vetting your application.
It is non-refundable. It does not count toward any future session tribute. Acceptance into My screening process is not acceptance into My chambers.
PROCESS
To ensure alignment and mutual interest, My vetting process for potential submissives proceeds as follows. Each step must be completed before the next is offered.
Send the $75 vetting tribute via Venmo (@KalinaIvory) or cash. This shows sincerity and seriousness about pursuing My time.
I do not give out My personal phone number. I will only communicate through FetLife, Telegram, or Snapchat, establish a channel before we proceed.
We will schedule a call to discuss expectations, answer questions, and determine our compatibility.
I will meet you in a public setting, ideally for a meal in Raleigh, NC. You cover the cost of the meal. If you wish to meet outside Raleigh, an additional tribute to cover My travel is expected.
If we both agree we are a good fit, we schedule a session and review logistics.
DEPOSIT
All sessions are by appointment only. To formally secure your place in My schedule, a deposit is required in advance. The minimum deposit amount is the lesser of $125 or 50% of the total session tribute, whichever is less.
By way of example: a 30-minute session at a $150 tribute carries a $75 deposit; a 2-hour session at $600 carries a $150 deposit.
I reserve the right to require a higher deposit for longer sessions or for applicants with a history of cancellations. I also reserve the right to reduce or waive a deposit at My discretion.
Sessions are not confirmed until I have received the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable except in rare cases at My sole discretion. Rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
EXPECTED
Mistress, Domina, or Ma'am. Never by first name alone. Never with diminutives, pet names, or anything cute. Capitalisation of pronouns referring to Me is appreciated, not required.
Your name, your age, your city. Your prior experience, your references if any. What draws you to Me specifically, in your own words.
State your interests, your hard limits, the session length you are imagining. Vague messages ("tell me your prices") go unanswered.
Punctuation. Capital letters. Paragraphs where appropriate. If you cannot write a coherent paragraph, you cannot serve Me.
A reply may take several days. It may not come at all. Do not write twice. Do not write to ask why. The first message is your audition.
The $75 vetting tribute is sent at the time of application, without it, an application is not serious. In-session tribute is presented in an unmarked envelope before the session begins, without comment.
My privacy is absolute. Do not share photographs, identifying details, location, or anything else gathered through correspondence or session. The same is extended to you.
INTOLERABLE
Some behaviours end the conversation before it begins. They are not negotiable, not coachable, and not forgivable. If any of the following describes you, do not write. You will not be replied to, and you will be blocked across channels.
This list is not exhaustive. I reserve the right to refuse, end, or decline to renew My attention for any reason, at any stage: application, screening, or in-chamber. Tribute already offered is not refunded.
DISTANCE
Distance service is offered, chastity protocols, structured correspondence, devotional tasks, and ongoing service across miles. It is real work, exactingly held.
It is reserved for those who have already completed at least one in-person session with Me. This is non-negotiable. Distance work is an extension of an established dynamic, not an entry point, the ritual must be set in person before it can be carried at remove.
STRUCTURE
A template, not a script. Use it as scaffolding; the words must be your own.
Open with "Mistress Kalina Ivory," or "Domina,". A single line. Nothing more familiar.
Name, age, city, profession (in general terms). One short paragraph. Be candid; vagueness reads as concealment.
Prior experience, or its absence. References, if you have them: names of Mistresses or Houses who can vouch. "I am new" is an acceptable answer, written plainly.
In your own words, what about My practice draws you. Specific is better than flattering. "I have read every page" is more impressive than "you are the best."
Interests, the session you have in mind, your hard limits. Be specific; I will refine the scene if accepted, but I cannot read minds.
A few dates and times that work for you. Confirmation that you have read the service menu and that the $75 vetting tribute is ready to be sent.
"Respectfully," and your name. Send once. Then wait.
IN CHAMBER
Arrive showered, groomed, sober. Eat lightly. Bring photo ID, the tribute envelope, and nothing else unless I have requested it. Phone off, not silent. Off.
Be on time, not early. Wait where I have instructed. Be cordial.
Aftercare is part of the session, not an afterthought. A short thank-you message the following day is welcome. Anything more (gifts, etc.) is voluntary.
